Bascur came up as a tattoo artist in Chile, based in Vina del Mar, and was named among the best tattoo artists in Chile by the Chilean outlet T13 in 2015, with his watercolor work featured across international tattoo and art media from 2016, including a dedicated iNKPPL magazine feature on his watercolor universe. His signature register departs from the soft, pale palette usually associated with watercolor tattooing, pairing bold black lines with bright, saturated color and galaxy effects, frequently organized around the cosmos and the animal world and often combined in a single composition through a double-exposure device in which an animal silhouette is filled with cosmic imagery. He later worked in New York, where multiple profiles associate him with the prominent studio Bang Bang NYC. The exact year he began tattooing is not consistently stated, so 2015 is used as a documented recognition anchor.
